TIM KRUEGER APPOINTED NEW CHORUS DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of Boulder Baroque/Boulder Bach Festival is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy Krueger as Chorus Director of the Festival Chorus.  Tim is well know regionally as the founder and Artistic Director of St. Martin’s Chamber Choir, a professional ensemble he started 13 years ago in Denver.  Acclaim for St. Martin’s has expanded considerably with their nine CDs and increasing broadcasts on classical radio stations nationwide. Tim has also enjoyed success in preparing the Colorado Music Festival Chorus over the past several seasons for Maestro Michael Christie. After degree work at CU, he continued his musicology studies at the Royal Holloway College (University of London) and the University of Hamburg (Germany), which included certification in German language fluency, a particular plus for BBF. Tim is excited to be part of the Boulder Baroque/Boulder Bach Festival community and looks forward to “making exquisite Baroque music for Boulder.”
